The government has already announced all schools will be working remotely until the end of the year. Peru imposed one of the earliest and strictest lockdowns in Latin America to stop the spread of coronavirus - but has still seen cases rise rapidly. In 2020, we bought laptop computers so JGM students could learn computer skills. As part of this donation, we facilitated the creation of the José de San Martín Computer Lab (Aula Computo José de San Martín), obtained internet access, and provided a teacher that can help students learn these necessary skills in the modern age of technology.

In 2019, we were able to donate an indoor playground for the JGM pre-K children. This way, they could train their motor skills, engage in physical activity, and, most of all, play in a safe environment.
